Ingredients

  • spirit

    Aged rum with deep molasses, toffee, and dried fruit notes.

  • liqueur

    Clear orange liqueur — the workhorse for Margaritas and Sidecars.

    Freshly brewed hot coffee.

  • mixer

    Whipping cream. Used in dessert cocktails.

Method

  1. Pre-warm an Irish coffee mug. Add rum and triple sec.

  2. Top with hot coffee.

  3. Float lightly whipped cream.

  4. Grate nutmeg.
