Ingredients

  • spirit

    Peruvian/Chilean grape brandy. Floral and clean.

  • fruit

    Always fresh-squeezed. Sharper than lemon, essential to tiki and tequila drinks.

  • Simple Syrup
  • other

    Adds silky texture and a velvety crown of foam to sours. Always dry-shake first.

Method

  1. Dry-shake pisco, lime, simple, egg white for 15 seconds.

  2. Add ice and shake another 12 seconds.

  3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe.

  4. Drip 3 dashes of bitters; swirl with a toothpick for art.

Garnish

  • 3 dashes — Angostura Bitters

About this drink
