Ingredients

  • fruit

    Fresh-squeezed orange juice — sweeter and rounder than the citrus juices.

  • liqueur

    French sparkling wine. Dry, toasty, premium.

Method

  1. Pour orange juice into a flute.

  2. Top slowly with chilled champagne.

  3. Do not stir.

About this drink

Equal parts champagne and orange juice. The OJ goes in first; the bubbles stay.
