Ingredients

  • fruit

    Always fresh-squeezed. Sharper than lemon, essential to tiki and tequila drinks.

  • liqueur

    Sweet blackcurrant liqueur from Burgundy.

  • mixer

    Spicy carbonated brew that gives the Mule its bite.

Method

  1. Build tequila, lime, cassis in highball.

  2. Add ice; top with ginger beer.

  3. Garnish with lime wedge.
