Ingredients

Always fresh-squeezed. Sharper than lemon, essential to tiki and tequila drinks.

Tart, bitter-sweet citrus juice. Beautiful with tequila and gin.

Spiced rum-based liqueur. Clove, almond, lime.

Pomegranate syrup. Real grenadine, not the red stuff.

High-proof anise spirit. Use sparingly — a rinse is plenty.
Method

Combine all with crushed ice in a blender; flash-blend 5 seconds.

Pour, ice and all, into a tiki mug.

Top with more crushed ice.
