Ingredients

  • spirit

    Lightly aged rum with subtle caramel and vanilla notes.

  • spirit

    Aged rum with deep molasses, toffee, and dried fruit notes.

  • spirit

    High-ester funky rum with banana and overripe fruit notes.

  • fruit

    Always fresh-squeezed. Sharper than lemon, essential to tiki and tequila drinks.

  • fruit

    Tart, bitter-sweet citrus juice. Beautiful with tequila and gin.

  • liqueur

    Spiced rum-based liqueur. Clove, almond, lime.

  • syrup

    Pomegranate syrup. Real grenadine, not the red stuff.

  • spirit

    High-proof anise spirit. Use sparingly — a rinse is plenty.

Method

  1. Combine all with crushed ice in a blender; flash-blend 5 seconds.

  2. Pour, ice and all, into a tiki mug.

  3. Top with more crushed ice.

  4. Garnish lavishly.

About this drink

Three rums, fruit juices, falernum, absinthe. Limit two per customer.
