Fresh-squeezed orange juice — sweeter and rounder than the citrus juices.

Pomegranate syrup. Real grenadine, not the red stuff.
Method

Build tequila and OJ over ice in a highball.

Slowly pour grenadine — it sinks and creates the gradient.

Do not stir before serving.
