Ingredients

  • spirit

    Smoky agave spirit produced primarily in Oaxaca. Earthy and unmistakable.

  • liqueur

    Vivid red Italian bitter with grapefruit pith and gentian backbone.

  • liqueur

    Italian-style fortified, aromatized wine. Rich, herbal, lightly sweet.

Method

  1. Stir mezcal, Campari, sweet vermouth with ice 20 seconds.

  2. Strain over a large cube.

  3. Express orange peel.
