Ingredients

    French grape brandy aged in oak. Rich, fruity, regal.

  • liqueur

    Chocolate liqueur — clear or dark.

  • mixer

    Whipping cream. Used in dessert cocktails.

Method

  1. Shake all with ice 12 seconds.

  2. Double-strain into a coupe.

  3. Grate nutmeg over the top.

  • grated — Nutmeg
