    Unaged tequila distilled from blue agave. Bright, vegetal, peppery.

    Thick, savory tomato juice.

    Always fresh-squeezed. Sharper than lemon, essential to tiki and tequila drinks.

    Fermented umami sauce.

    Generic vinegary hot sauce.

    Salt blended with ground celery seed.

Method

  1. Combine all in shaker; roll between tins.

  2. Strain over fresh ice in a highball.

  3. Garnish with celery and lime.
