Aperol, lemon, egg white.

Ingredients

    Italian bitter aperitif with bright orange and rhubarb notes; lower ABV than Campari.

  • fruit

    Always fresh-squeezed. Tart and aromatic — bottled juice does not compare.

  • Simple Syrup

    Adds silky texture and a velvety crown of foam to sours. Always dry-shake first.

Method

  1. Dry-shake all 15 seconds.

  2. Add ice; shake again 12 seconds.

  3. Double-strain into a coupe.

  4. Express orange peel.
