Ingredients

spirit
Lightly aged rum with subtle caramel and vanilla notes.

High-ester funky rum with banana and overripe fruit notes.

Always fresh-squeezed. Sharper than lemon, essential to tiki and tequila drinks.

syrup
Almond-orange-flower syrup. Tiki staple.

liqueur
Premium triple sec with a cleaner, sharper orange flavor.
Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice.

Shake briefly to chill — under-dilute.

Pour, ice and all, into a rocks glass. Mound more crushed ice on top.

Garnish with a fat mint bouquet and spent lime shell.
