Ingredients

    Smoky agave spirit produced primarily in Oaxaca. Earthy and unmistakable.

  • liqueur

    Italian bitter aperitif with bright orange and rhubarb notes; lower ABV than Campari.

  • liqueur

    Clear cherry liqueur made from marasca cherries. Floral, slightly funky.

  • fruit

    Always fresh-squeezed. Sharper than lemon, essential to tiki and tequila drinks.

Method

  1. Shake all with ice 12 seconds.

  2. Double-strain into a coupe.

  3. Express grapefruit peel.
