Ingredients

  • mixer

    Spicy carbonated brew that gives the Mule its bite.

  • fruit

    Always fresh-squeezed. Sharper than lemon, essential to tiki and tequila drinks.

  • spirit

    Aged rum with deep molasses, toffee, and dried fruit notes.

Method

  1. Fill a highball with ice. Add lime juice and ginger beer.

  2. Slowly pour dark rum over the back of a spoon to float on top.

  3. Garnish with lime wedge. Stir at the table to combine.

About this drink
