French aperitif wine. Light, floral, citrus-honey.

Premium triple sec with a cleaner, sharper orange flavor.

Always fresh-squeezed. Tart and aromatic — bottled juice does not compare.
Method

Rinse a coupe with absinthe; discard.

Shake remaining ingredients with ice.

Double-strain into the rinsed coupe.
